Information on this site is for general guidance and may change. We try to keep it accurate but can't guarantee it's always complete or up to date. Photos and text belong to us and may not be copied without permission.

Quotes and prices

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Prices may change if we find unexpected problems once work starts. We'll always explain and agree this with you before continuing.
• Call-out and emergency charges will be confirmed when you book.

Bookings and cancellations

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or change an appointment. Late cancellations may be charged a call-out fee. If you book work away from our premises you may have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. If you ask us to start within that period (for example in an emergency), you'll pay for work already done.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. Materials remain our property until paid for in full.

Our work

All gas work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers. We carry out work with reasonable care and skill. Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and appliances we supply. If you're not happy with our work, please tell us as soon as possible so we can put it right.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. We aren't responsible for existing faults in pipework or appliances that we didn't install.
