What we collect

• Details you send through our contact form: name, phone number, email, postcode, the service you need and any message.
• Details you give us by phone, WhatsApp or email when arranging work.
• Basic technical information your browser sends when you visit (such as IP address and browser type).

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, give quotes and arrange visits.
• To carry out and invoice work, and keep records required for gas safety and tax.

Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract, legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in running the business. We never sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

• Web3Forms, which delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
• Google, which provides the map on our Contact page and the website fonts.
• Our accountants, insurers or authorities where legally required.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Customer and job records are kept for up to 6 years for legal and tax reasons.

Your rights
